I can’t say anything but good things about these guys. Dishwasher went down right before the Christmas holidays and with family coming it was going to be a nightmare. I phoned a few repair places who said that they would come in January and thankfully, these guys said they would be out the next day. Godsend.
I had to call them in the morning to get time for their arrival though as they didn’t call me when promised, but they showed when they said they would. The tech was a nice guy, Richard, I believe. He took the time to have a look and pull things apart, eventually letting me know that the dishwasher was not fixable and needed replacing after 10 years anyway, which was nice because repair places make their money on repairs, what else? So I paid him for the visit, then I went to Lowes and bought a decent dishwasher on sale, and put it in myself before the holidays. Richard did tell me they would install it, but they were very busy and I probably would have to wait until after the holidays. Overall, it was a great impression made by the Appliance Doctor, and I would call them again for appliance repair. Recommended. By the way, the owner answers all phone calls, so if you have an issue, you are always talking to the right man.

We went to Appliance Doctor in search of a replacement glass shelf for our refrigerator.   While the part was not available,  the gentleman at the counter was very helpful with his advice.  Strongly recommend them.
